また、風邪引いた。今年は引きすぎ。免疫力低下気味。毎日牛丼かラーメンしか食べていないからか。
ついでにいうと、歯医者に行ったら虫歯が一発で治った。 相変わらず、えらく痛いが、すばらしい。

I caught a cold. This year I become to nonimmune against illness.
The reason is probably that I eat nothing except Gyudon or Ramen everyday.
By the way, My bad teeth have beencompletely cured. I was apt to take a dentist for the God though a cure for bad teeth is as painful as ever.
